Mindfulness Meditation Practice Classes

All classes take place in a tranquil, warm, spacious and private meditation studio with views of Frodsham Hill complemented with peaceful gardens.

Mindfulness Meditation Practice classes are for those who have completed an 8 week MBSR or MBCT course or an Introduction to Mindfulness course with mindfulbeing or a Mindfulness course elsewhere.

The Mindfulness Meditation Practice Classes are an opportunity to close the door on the frantic pace of everyday life and to spend time with supporting your health and wellbeing. We focus on practicing some of the core meditation practices and time is given to sharing our experiences of them. Poetry is woven into the evening. Also it is a gathering of the Mindfulness community, which supports us with continuing our practice and to staying on the Mindfulness path. If you have found yourself wandering off the path and you want to reconnect with Mindfulness practice then these classes offer you the opportunity to do so. All classes are non-religious. Fruit juice, water, biscuits and treats are offered on arrival. Yoga mats and pillows are supplied as are meditation stools.
