One to One Classes in Frodsham, Cheshire

I facilitate one to one Mindfulness classes in a tranquil and warm meditation studio with views of Frodsham Hill complemented with peaceful gardens.

One to One classes are suited for those who do not want to practice within a group format or who want anonymity. Privacy and confidentiality are assured.

One to One Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course

You can choose to follow the 8-week MBSR course with me one to one. The sessions are 90 minutes in duration.

The MBSR course is an experiential and progressive course that is structured over 8 weeks. During the weekly sessions, you will experience and be supported with practicing guided mindfulness meditation practices while lying and sitting as well as other breath practices and very simple and gentle mindfulness breath movement while sitting or standing. During the weekly sessions, we will discuss and learn and explore how to integrate these practices into our day-to-day living so that we can move in and through the world with a sense of calmness, poise and with greater clarity and insight.

Nearing the end of the course you can choose to meet with me for a half-day of mindfulness so that you can deepen your practice. There will be an option to walk on the Sandstone Trail that is a very, very short distance from the meditation studio in Frodsham, Cheshire, where all Mindfulbeing classes take place.

Personalised Mindfulness Meditation Practice Classes

Classes range from a weekly 60-minute mindfulness meditation class or a 4 session Introduction to Mindfulness Practice or I can meet with you to design a personalised programme that will suit your needs.

You will be provided with a set of audio meditation practices that you experience in class and use for home practice. You will have access to a meditation studio with wooden chairs, cushions, meditation stools and yoga mats (if you don’t have one). Biscuits, fruit (and sometimes chocolates!), water and fruit juices are provided on arrival.
